In October 2025, Horton Plains is witnessing a very special and rare event a mass flowering that only happens once every 12 years. However, if you’re planning to walk, avoid going alone, Horton Plains is home to wild leopards, and it’s always safer to travel in a group. When you reached to the entrance you have to get tickets.Also, keep in mind that entry to the park is only allowed until 2:00 PM, so make sure to plan your trip early in the day.
